It's been long

Been quite awhile since I update this space and time is really passing by super fast nowadays, can't believe it's less than 2 months to the end of a levels, to be exact it's 52 days!!! How did this year fly past so quickly I can't even remember spending so much time in this year already....

Anyway nothing much in my life for now, life is still awesome with my friends in school, I'm  happy cos I get to know new friends through my other friends and it's really nice :)

Just some photos from my phone~

iOS 7 is coollllll! And idk why some old photo I took with Tanya during secondary one which was in 2007 was recognized as coming from 1970 hahaha!

Had mos burger with Michelle that day, really thank god for her in school ;)

Went to this nice cafe ytd night with BFF! A little TGIF for me cos I should be studying.... Hahaha but it's okay cos it's been really long since I met Siqi! And after this meetup no more going out to enjoy until end of As! Okay really sidetrack but back to the cafe, it's nice cos it's quite old school and the whole interior of the shop is quite interesting!

That's their entrance!

This is the highly raved about food on the menu and it has a really unique name : Bostock! Actually it's just like almond toast ; butter toast topped with almond and icing sugar I think? but it's quite a special item on the menu and it's a really nice combination, like I've never seen such a toast in other shops before

The optical box being the long one and the long cake being the tall one hahaha
The optical box is nice but quite normal cos it's just like the 鸡蛋糕we eat with chocolate filling in between. Then the long cake is just normal cake but standing at an exceptional height haha! The taste was kind of disappointing cos we were expecting more and we concluded that we just got attracted by its unique appearance.

The Apple Aloe cake, chocolate cake and raspberry tart I think. I can't remember the exact names but the apple aloe cake was the nicest cos there's aloe Vera on top of the cake and there's a tinge of apple flavor in the cake which makes the overall taste just nice. Chocolate cake was pretty okay and the raspberry tart was normal cos it's like just the whole tart at the bottom and some raspberry jam.

Overall the food at the cafe was quite okay but the decoration and interior of the cafe definitely makes the whole cafe more interesting and old school feeling, maybe I should go back again but this time in the afternoon. Cos when we went yesterday it was already late and there were limited items available on their menu.

Done with the review for Dong Po Colonial Cafe, actually it's quite nice to write food reviews maybe I should write more of these when I go cafe hopping after A levels!

Back to topic, after visiting Dong Po cafe, we decided of rather, Siqi suggested to walk to Little India and we can go to Mustafa! At first I was shocked to the idea of walking their but it's turned out quite okay! The crowd at Little India was mad crazy cos I guess it's a weekend~
There were pretty lights around and the atmosphere was good though!

Finally located mustafa and we walked around it but didn't buy anything in the end! The food there is really a lot of variety one loh! Is like rows and rows and rows of shells with all kind of tidbits, chocolates and biscuits and many more!!! Some of the prices of the products sold there are really cheaper but some are comparable to those sold outside! Everybody was like grabbing and buying food as if it's free! After mustafa, we walked to the nearest shopping centre and then went home! Both of us were tired but we talked throughout the mrt ride so the journey home felt quite fast! Decided to take the bus home ( cos we usually walk home from
Northpoint together) cos our legs were very sore already. Yesterday we reached home pretty late compared to other days and we didn't take pictures together so I'm gonna post a picture of Siqi hahaha :)

End with my BFF's picture, goodnight y'all~ next time I post a proper post would probably be like 52 days later! ;)
