Photoblogging: Bangkok part 4! (Day 5&6)

Day 5

Fried chicken for breakfast! Dharshiney and I got this from the pratunam market and its freaking cheap! Is like 30 baht only?!! We packed it back to our hotel for breakfast with Weihao! 

Plus cha yen as well!!! Super huge cup!!!

After breakfast we practically lay in bed cos we were super lazy to leave our hotel room!! Hahaha 

In the afternoon I think we went out to grab lunch at the super nice chicken rice opposite our hotel!

Then after that we headed to victory monument! Was expecting more shops to open and more cheap stuffs! But there were actually not much stuff! 

After that at night we headed back to our hotel area and went to walk around platinum mall area cos there were many pasar malam around!! We all bought quite a lot of stuffs cos it was our last night already!! 

Day 6

We actual went to pratunam Market cos I wanted to get the shorts I bought previously but I couldn't find the shop :(

We then headed to big C supermarket to shop for snacks!!! Went back to the hotel with super a lot of snacks and it's really super cheap!!! 

After that we headed back to our hotel and then slowly did the packing! Was trying to squeeze all our snacks into our bags hahaha! Checked out at 12 and left our luggage at the lobby! 

Then we headed to after you cafe for nice desserts!! 

Matcha crepe was so-so only!!

Molten lava cake was also so-so and the serving was super small!!

Shibuya honey toast!!! Must try!! It's super nice and I think the honey toast is the only desert worth trying there hahaha

After that we were still feeling quite hungry so we decided to splurge a little since we still have quite a lot of money left! We went to dine at a nice Japanese restaurant! 

Seated beside this fridge where the chef prepare the sushi and they will pass it over to us! 

The restaurant was super empty cos it was pass lunch time alrdy! 

Unagi!!! Super yummy cos it really melts in your mouth!!

I had soba set! Which was super worth it cos the serving was quite big!! There's even tempura included in the set! 

After dining we were actually quite bored cos we don't really have time to go to places that were far away yet we finished shopping at the shopping malls around our hotel already. 

Soooo, we went back to our hotel to make use of the free wifi and watch drama on our phones!! Hahahaha

Around 6pm we headed to the airport by cab and we were chatting all the way to the airport!! I still remember thinking to myself that I'm definitely gonna miss waking up to Dharshiney and Weihao every morning!! (Sounds wrong but you get what I mean) Hahahaha 

Us after checking in our luggages! We actually wanted to handcarry some of our bags on board as our tidbits were in it but the lady asked us to check it in as well since we still have a lot weight left!

Was actually a super enjoyable and relaxing with Dharshiney and Weihao!! The 6 days was well spent and I'm so thankful for the both of you hehehe!! Can't wait for our next trip together!!! 😁😁😁

Photoblogging: Bangkok part 3! (Day 4)

Macdonalds breakfast for our fourth day in bangkok and I would say actually it's similar to Singapore! The price would be definitely cheaper but taste wise I think Singapore's one is nicer. Especially the scrambled eggs! 

After breakfast we actually head to chatukchak again for more shopping! Then we left at around 3 plus and head back to our hotel to rest before going out again!

Taken at the train station to take the shuttle ferry to Asiatique! The sunset was soooo nice! And the train railway tracks is actually just along the expressway so it's quite cool! 

On the ferry to Asiatique! 

Can see the sign Alrdy~~ the ferry service is actually quite efficient cos we didn't wake that long although the queue was quite long when we joined! 

Reached! The place like quite atas as compared to the other places in bangkok and the shops there are really nice!! 

Deciding which shop to have dinner at! 

We decided to have dinner at this not so atas restaurant cos we didn't want to spent so much! Forgot the name but it's actually near a Japanese restaurant! 

What we ordered! The food was super niceeeee! But Weihao's spaghetti is way to spicy!!

The Ferris wheel! 

Dharshiney and I couldn't resist soft serve ice cream which was sold at a shop in front of the Ferris wheel!

Photo-blogging: Bangkok part 2! (Day 3)

On day 3 we woke up pretty early cos we wanted to try the noodle store opposite our hotel! And also we wanted to go the chatukchak!!  I had the duck noodles as pictures below and it's super yummyyyyyy!!! The noodles were like super chewy and nice and the soup was soooo flavorful! Dharshiney and Weihao had fish all noodle which I didn't take a picture of hahaha

Coconut ice cream at chatukchak! Weihao was my model for holding it hahaha! Didn't take much photos at chatukchak cos we were busy shopping and it's super humid and hot! And actually the thing is we don't have free hands to take photos 😂😂😂

After that we were so tired then we returned to our hotel at around 3pm to rest cos we still had plans at night!!

On the mini bus to talad rod fai night market!It was quite difficult to get there cos the train station was quite a ulu station and the locals there can't really understand English! But luckily there's this kind lady who took us to talad rod fai!

Didn't really take photos of the place but once you enter there's really a super vintage feel to everything! And the ambience is super nice! 

We ate at the pasar malam which is near to the entrance! Regretted not walking further in before deciding to eat cos there were even more cool and nice restaurants further into the night market! 

Had crepe from this stall! There have like a huge variety of flavors!! 

Look at this!! It's so huge and cheap!! 

We also had Thai style takoyaki which looks the same as those sold in Singapore but the taste is really very Thai hahaha 

Then we had soft serve ice cream which was again super huge and cheap!! Was so full after we had the ice cream! 

Decided to walk for the in and this is the place!! 

There were super a lot of shoes placed on the floor for sale! But its second hand so it actually smells abit weird to me hahaha

Inside the place there's actually like endless rolls of vintage shops which is super cool!! 

That's what I meant by endless! Like cannot even see the end in the picture!! 

This shop makes sofas out of the old car!! 

Another vintage shop with many vintage stuffs and vehicles! 

And this is the vintage painting on the wall!! Omggg it's super nice and looks surprised real right!!! That's Dharshiney's back view btw! 

After walking the whole night market, we were pretty tired so we head back to our hotel! The journey back was quite bad cos there was a massive jam and we had to travel like quite far! But it was a nice nice day!!
