Sucks to be sick :(

Gave school a miss today cos I was having flu and headache for the past 3 days, really sucks to be sick especially flu cos it's really so damn irritating! Though I could tahan and have my rest on Friday but yesterday really cannot take it already! Visited the doctor today and was given medicine and MC for today. 

So anyways, life have been pretty good minus the sick part. June holidays are coming and it's and extremely important period of time for me cos I'm gonna need to use this time wisely and well. Not gonna waste it like how I used to. And June holidays timetable is good to me cos 3 out of the 5 days in released pretty early so that means more time for me to study! I need and must keep my motivation high and keep my phone away from me hahaha.

Actually I really dream of being able to bake really well so I'm currently collecting recipes and am gonna start baking after A levels!!!

I also like to explore many many different and ulu food places so I'm also taking them down so that I can find some companion to go eat with me!

And I actually want to order prints from portagram but payment is a problem cos they need VISA I think :(((((

Everything changes

Why do I feel so different now, so different about everyone. 

I don't know why, but I felt I lost touch with this word called trust which makes me so afraid of commitment, which makes me so different now.

Or maybe it's as I expected too much from people and this result in me feeling disappointed but still expecting much more. 

Maybe I've changed, or maybe I'm just bottling all my feelings up as some thing are still left unsaid. 

Or maybe I'm just tired and expecting everybody to understand me. 

JELL-O NO BAKE!

Hihihihi I'm here to blog about this super awesome product cos it's just makes my life so easier and it's so time saving and good! 

It's this product called JELLO NO BAKE DESSERT! 

This product is so awesome like really really really awesome! Hahaha :) so yesterday my mum and I were thinking to get what cake for my cousin's birthday celebration today and we happened to chanced upon this in NTUC that's why we thought its a good idea to make it! ;) FYI, this product also comes in cheesecake and not only Oreo and we made the cheesecake one before and it's really Yums! And and and also the price is really reasonable like $6.20 for a cake how good is that!!!! So here's to the making process! 

First, a picture of the packaging! 

  Look at the right hand corner stating 15 mins prep time and it's really 15 mins! Yessss, this is how convenient and efficient this product works! 

The steps are all provided on the box and their packaging of ingredients make it even easier for you! Won't mix up the steps! 

Step 1, mix margarine and the above package together into a plate or anything that you want to put your cake in.

Make it flat and nice and this is how it would look like. Like Oreo bits for the base of the cake! 

Step 2, pour in the below package and cold milk into the mixing bowl!

Step 3, Mix the 2 ingredients as stated by the instructions and you will get a nice texture of the mixture like.....

This!!

Step 4, Add in half of the crushed Oreos into the mixture and mix well!

Looks yummy righttttt!

Step 5, spread mixture evenly on the Oreo base and sprinkle the remaining half of the crushed Oreo on top 

Last step just put it in the fridge and refrigerate for 2 hours and its ready to serve! It's really simple and convenient right!!

So my mum and I made it yesterday night and we ate it just tonight with our cousin and it's really nice! It's filled with lots and lots of Oreo so I think some of you may find it too sweet but for me it's just right!

Last Wednesday, me being a super good best friend, went to deliver dinner and accompany Tanya at work! Delivered a super sumptuous meal for her and am happy to see her reaction when she knew I bought so much food for her! Then sat with her for 3 hours while she work and she told me about her problems! I really hope she's able to figure out and solve her problem. After her work we went northpoint to hang out ( just like how we always used to hang out during secondary school days), thats the end of the night! Pictures below!

Last Saturday was really a well spent and fulfilling days! Met up with 2 groups of good friends hehehe! 

In the afternoon, met up with my S1 girlies to celebrate yiqian's birthday! Our planning was damn fail lahhh but it's alright at least we bought nice present and cake okkk! And we didn't have a place to celebrate so we just went to some random void deck hahaha!

Time spent with them is always fun cos I don't know why I have so many stories to share with them! Hahaha, maybe cos I too long never talk to them! After Santhiya came, I talked for awhile more with them then I left to meet GST! 

The same day I also celebrated Grace birthday for her! Felt bad for her cos we didn't really plan something and it was kind of fail also :( felt like we so bad but we will make it up to you like in the future okkk hahaha! Pretty us ahead hahaha

Bought her to GRIN AFFAIR to buy her cake! 

Then we actually wanted to bring her to the showroom but it was closed :( so we went for Korean BBQ! But good wasn't that nice though :/

Last Saturday

Helllloooooo, catching up with my posts once again! Gonna blog about what happened last Saturday! So day started out well as I went to the market with my mum in the morning to get groceries and stuff. Actually occasions like these are the moments I miss cos I feel that as I get older I spend less time with my mummy and I should find more time for her. 

In the afternoon, met Siqi and went back to Kumon to collect our pay. Anyone looking for a job should not even think about working at kumon Chong pang. Something nasty just happened between us and them and i got to say this is our worst working experience ever. Seriously the 2 bosses there are just problematic and fake people and I feel so happy after collecting my pay cos that's the last freaking time I will ever get to see their faces. Bet I will even say hi to them if I see them on the streets one day. On the other hand, feel kind of sad for not being able to talk with my ex colleagues cos they were busy and we just left after collecting our pay. 

Then, we walked to northpoint and I accompanied Siqi to collect the cakes she ordered for her parents! And the cake she ordered for her dad was so damn big that I just can't stop laughing at her hahahah. I think that was the biggest cake among all the ordered cakes!!

Then, Siqi went home while I head down to dhoby ghaut to meet my food buddies and Jackie. Dharshiney who wanted to eat Tim Ho Wan went to queue first. The queue is really super freaking long. Honestly, I was abit disappointed at the menu cos i thought that there would be more food on the menu! And also, the place is quite small and squeezy. But but but the char siew-polor bun really made the queue worth it. It's like the outer layer of the bun is nice with this crisp like polor bun while the inside is filled with nice char siew!! The rest of the food some were average and some were below expectation. We ordered 2nd round thus explaining for us spending 2 hours eating and chatting in Tim Ho wan.  I think we sat there for so long that the table beside us already changed customers for 2 or 3 times!

Har gao which was nice and filled with prawns which has very nice texture. And wasn't enough for us as each person only get to eat one! 

Chee Cheong fun. The sauce and filling was nice but I find the Chee Cheong fun skin abit too thick.

Think this is some Malay cake. I don't even know why we ordered this but I think it's due to us wanting to try almost everything on the menu.

That's all for food cos I didn't take much pictures of all the food we ate. We definitely ate more than this and the bill came up to $130! Was actually jokingly asking Weihao to treat us as he was late! And in the end he really treat us cos he just gotten his first pay! Need to treat him back next time cos he really spent alot lah! But I bet that guy is gonna be snatching to pay cos he's just Weihao hahaha. Some pictures of us ahead! 

Went to find Cassandra who's working at bugis after that. See we are such good friends! We even helped to bring crowd for her! Hahaha

And this is Weihao who treated us that night. He's a nice guy but sometimes too nice already! And he's funny cos he insisted on taking picture with this specs so that he can have new profile picture hahaha

After that Dharshiney and Weihao left first while Jackie and I stayed and waited for Cass to end work. Lemuel came to meet us and we chillax at Starbucks then we went home.

Definitely an awesome night spent with them and I can't wait for more nights like these. And although we don't meet up regularly now but I hope that we would keep in contact till forever now that we go on different paths in life ;)
